Energy and fuel invoices, waste records, payroll and timesheets for the year. Our guides say exactly where to find each figure.

Why it matters now

From financial year 2027, large companies reporting under the CSRD may not require suppliers with up to 1,000 employees to provide more than the Voluntary Standard specifies. That makes a VS report the most useful single answer to most sustainability questionnaires.

Frequently asked questions

Is the report builder really free?

Yes. The builder and all guides are free with no sign-up. We earn money only from the optional Supplier Kit.

Where is my data stored?

Only in your own browser, on your device. Nothing you type is sent to us or anyone else. You can save a data file to continue on another computer.

Is a VS report mandatory for my company?

No. The Voluntary Standard is voluntary for companies outside the CSRD. It is designed to answer the data requests you receive from customers, banks and investors in one consistent format.

Will my customer accept it?

The Voluntary Standard is the EU's official reference for these requests, and from 2027 it caps what large CSRD reporters may require from suppliers with up to 1,000 employees. Individual customers may still ask voluntary extra questions.

Does Raportis verify or certify my report?

No. The figures are your own and are not assured by a third party. The report says so clearly, which is normal for a VS report.
