Terms of use

  1. Raportis provides general information and self-service tools. It is not legal, tax, accounting or assurance advice, and it is not affiliated with EFRAG or the European Commission.
  2. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for checking reports before you send them to third parties. Default emission factors are published values with stated assumptions. Replace them where better data is available.
  3. The free tool is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.
  4. Supplier Kit: a licence to use and adapt the templates within your own organisation (one company, or one client company per licence for consultants). You may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves.
  5. Digital content is delivered immediately. With your express consent at checkout, the 14-day right of withdrawal ends when delivery begins (Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)). If a file is defective or not as described, contact us and we will fix it or refund you.
  6. Romanian law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules in your country of residence.
